Podiatry is a health service focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, management and prevention of medical conditions or injuries of the lower limb, ankle and foot. The Foot and Leg Pain Clinics is one of Australia’s leading musculoskeletal Podiatry companies. We take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, looking past the surface symptoms to identify key contributing factors, whilst ensuring we address individual lifestyle and environmental requirements. A key component of our assessment is the identification and modification of tissue stress patterns responsible for most injuries, and we provide solutions for common overuse syndromes of the lower limb and foot.
We keep up-to-date with the latest in medical research and treatment protocols, have expertise in foot & lower limb biomechanical assessment, functional gait analysis, prescription orthotic therapy, stretching and strengthening program prescription, as well as natural, regenerative injection therapies used to assist soft tissue injury involving joints, muscle, tendons and ligaments. We are equipped to undertake minor surgery, advise on proper footwear selection and prescribe diagnostic imaging to accurately determine the exact nature of musculoskeletal pathology. Whilst we do not provide routine foot care, we can provide solutions for reoccurring conditions such as corns and calluses. At the Foot and Leg Pain Clinics, we take great interest in ensuring all our patients achieve successful long-term outcomes and look forward to being of assistance to you as required.
